About Us

The Pee Dee Business & Professional Women's Network
was established in January 1998 in response to a growing demand for communication among women in the workplace.

Our Vision is to provide networking opportunities for promoting members' professions or businesses, to present informative speakers on topics that will help members advance professionally, and to encourage and support members.

Over 70 members represent a variety of businesses and professions, including real estate, advertising and marketing, counseling, office and computer services, health care, insurance, banking, personal care, and the legal profession.

Meetings

We meet on the 4th Thursday of each month from 12:00pm - 1:30pm. Meetings include lunch, networking opportunities and a guest speaker. If you would like to attend a meeting please RSVP by emailing:

Member testimonials

Over the past four years that I have been a member, this group has been a great support to me, both personally and in my business. I have met so many wonderful women through the Pee Dee
Business and Professional Women’s Network and the friendship of these women is invaluable to me.
We support each other in our professional endeavors as well as personal challenges. Networking is important in so many ways, while we may not need a particular product or service that another member offers, someone we know may have that very need. Sometimes it is not a product or service, but rather an opportunity that one of our members is in need of. It may be an opportunity for employment, or it may be a fund-raiser, either way, we all rally around to help that member.

During my time as a member, other members have been more than willing to lend their time
and support for whatever endeavor I am trying to succeed in. The environment is always one of
encouragement and teamwork. The positive attitude is energizing, propelling us all forward to become the very best we can be!
